If you have a small kitchen it can be tricky getting the best design for quality kitchens.  However, through clever use of design and colour you can create a stunning effect that gives the impression of space.  Bright colours are particularly good at making a room appear bigger, for example.  Here are some ways in which you can make your small kitchen look more spacious:

1.    Speak to kitchen designers for a design theme that is appealing but adds space to a small kitchen.  You want to eliminate any clutter as this will make an already small space look smaller.  You want designer kitchens that don’t add more clutter.

2.    To create an effect of space you aren’t restricted to white.  If you are a fan of deep and bright colours then you can use them without creating a cramped feel.  Use monochromatic colouring or colours of the same intensity.

3.    Add greater depth to a small kitchen by painting the wall opposite to the window in a deep and intense tone, for that designer kitchen effect.  This creates the effect of pushing the wall further away and adds unique charm to your new ‘bigger’ kitchen.

4.    Select furniture pieces that are small to medium sized rather than larger items that take up a larger proportion of space.

5.    Arrange furniture cleverly.  Keep it away from access to doors so that people can move freely and the room then has an illusion of space.

At Increation our kitchen designers can create contemporary kitchens with any space available.
