'Little Black Book of Decadence'

A little research really can make the difference between good and down-right fantastic! Our cosmopolitan team of designers here a t Increation have been hard at work seeking out all that is stylish, luxurious, occasionally hedonistically pleasurable in London, all with the noble intention of bringing you a comprehensive list  of the Best of the Best that London has to offer.

This week I had the poor imps sample all that our London nightlife has to offer, and after allot of hard work, and a few sore heads, we have for you a week of the best drinking venues in London: 

Monday  

Lisa: The Mint Leaf Lounge (Bank) With a chilled out atmosphere, a comprehensive drinks menu and stylish, low key décor, this is the perfect working lunch venue to ease you into the week.

Tuesday

Dave: The Living Room (Manchester) Impress your associates in the North! The Living Room is an institution for all that is contemporary in Manchester, and is the mecca for all those who are as beautiful and stylish as yourself…a home from home.

Wednesday

Stu: Captain Kidd (Wapping) a Hidden gem, this cosy riverside venue represents the best of the traditional British pub, the half expect a pearly lady and a sing along. With the picturesque views and sunny beer garden, this is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a significant other… or your 5 a side team mates.

Thursday

Tom: LoungeLover Bar (Brick Lane) Thursday is the new Friday…it’s official! And with a clientele as quintessentially quirky and distinct as the décor… this stylish Lounge bar is reminiscent of an old curiosity shop…so on trend it hurts, and the cocktails are classic and well executed.

Friday

Holly: Electric Bird Cage (Piccadilly) It’s difficult to decide whether designer Shaun Clarkson has lost his marbles, or is an absolute genius… most likely a little bit of both… the result is a must see to believe venue. This bar, however, has more than one egg in it’s basket (terrible pun) it’s not over crowded, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the cocktail list is innovative, comprehensive and lovingly crafted.

 

Saturday

Charlie: Kensington Roof Gardens (Kensington High Street). Truly breathtakingly beautiful. All you require for a highly enjoyable Saturday evening is right here. The Secret garden theme is fully embraced with romantic secluded coves, and exotic hidden corners to seek out, you will be continually pleasured and amazed.

Sunday

Mik: The Morgan Arms. Mile End. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff and an amazing clientele…this is the local haunt for our close knit team to brainstorm and unwind. What more reason would you need.

Those every thoughtful curators at Kew Gardens have put together the perfect display to lift us out of the winter blues with the Vibrant and colourful Tropical Extravaganza. Just an hour amongst these stunning plants and flowers, and we guarantee you will be back to your smiley sunny self… and just wondering where the pina coladas are being served.

Sometimes there really isn’t enough time in the day for our poor designers. So to make sure we keep the creative juices flowing and get our culture fix by visiting the newly launched Art Project powered by Google.

The project allows you to explore a host of museums from around the world, zoom into each masterpiece, and create your own library of the most inspiring artworks to you. So why not start the day perusing the Tate Britain, London, stroll through the MoMA in NYC at lunch, and enjoy a private evening view at The State Hermitage Museum, St. Petersburg, and keep carbon neutral in the process.
