Shoreditch Warehouse Interior Design

Shoreditch Warehouse Interior Design: Kate and Shon came to us with their exciting plans to convert their Victorian Mill in Old Street. An ex-cheetah handler, Kate was determined to create her dream home from within the Shoreditch flat.  Emphasising her own personality, she was looking to create unusually different spaces within each of her rooms that were to leave her with a sense of feeling both wowed and comfortable. Entertaining lay at the heart of this project.  There was a clear brief for an open cooking space, allowing for bottle opening and nibbling to happen comfortably, leading to dinner in their warm loft space.

To meet the practical entertaining requirement for our budding chef Kate, we elevated the central working space for emphasis which resulted in the showpiece Kate longed for.  Crafting her a stunning Bespoke Kitchen island as the feature of the space, which allows for cocktails to be enjoyed at one end whilst cooking happens at the other. The brief involved us having to knock down walls and redesign her entire space to allow for the full experience she desired. An open plan lounge, a cosy guest bedroom and second bathroom were created allowing guests to retire after dinner when entertaining had been a success. Infrared sensor lighting was used to allow night visits to the bathroom to be guided by soft lighting rather than harsh lights that may wake them up a bit too early. Intelligent use of soft lighting in Shon’s shower allowed him to gently awaken in the morning.  The curved wall in the Luxury bathroom, with floor to ceiling tiles, creates a feeling of complete indulgence for those long soaks in the bath.

I would have no hesitations in highly recommended increation, it has been a pleasure working with you. Once again a very big thank you to you and your team
