GETTING TO KNOW
YOU AND YOUR HOME

Meeting you and your home is where this journey starts, understanding what you want your home to become and how you want to feel living in it. We will discuss your ideal surroundings and the mood you want to create at home. We believe it’s about truly thriving within your own environment.

In designing and building your complete home we can make sure we perfectly balance all sides of your life evenly throughout the rooms.

Every last detail of your home is designed individually with and for you.

DESIGN

The visualisations of your dreams start to become a reality when we present you with our first ideas for what your home will look like.

We keep designing until you fall in love with your home and we have given you exactly what you always imagined. We will shop together and you will be invited to our workshop to decide on every last specification of material and finish until our design is perfect.

Our interior designers are traditionally trained and then trained in the art of co-creation.

This means we believe there is a designer in everyone and we are here to encourage yours.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Your team is starting to grow and here we will introduce you to one of our brilliant project managers, whose role it is to look at all the agreed refurbishment details and produce the plan that will shape them into a reality. Our project managers provide endless knowledge and care when it comes to building and construction. Our project managers get involved early, managing the planning and making sure the logistics make sense so that our goals are achievable.

When we say project management we mean it and unlike many of our competitors, we manage every last detail of your project.

We are not only experts in style and creativity; we are experts in schedules, details and budgets.

CRAFTING

Now it’s time for our team of skilled cabinet makers to take our handpicked materials and create the bespoke furniture and cabinets that will make up the backbone of your home. We achieve our beautiful results by combining the best of modern technology with the time-honoured techniques that have served for centuries.

Every single piece of furniture is made by hand.

Craftsmanship lies at the heart of everything we do.

CONSTRUCTION IN YOUR HOME

This is when you might like to take some time away from home, as it can get messy. We take care of all the architecture, building and construction work, install all the electrics and plumbing, as well as your chosen appliances and cabinets.Whether we are dealing with large scale structural projects or the fitting of detailed bespoke furniture we have the expertise and experience you need. All the goodness that makes the renovation of your home worthwhile will get installed by our skilled on site team.

The quality of our craftsmanship extends to the fitting phase.

FINAL TOUCHES

Now the final elements are added. Every component gets positioned exactly as you imagined- the decor, art and furniture working flawlessly with your home.

It is the final touches that make the difference between good and exceptional.

HAND OVER

Open the champagne – it’s all yours again. The team that you started and finished with will now walk you through your perfect home, showing you how everything works and making sure you feel totally comfortable within your new environment.

We navigate you through the creation of your home, holding your hand every step of the way.

Even the clocks on the appliances are set.

CHECKING IN

After letting you settle in for a while we schedule a check in to make sure that your house is as it should be and if there are any problems, we fix them.

Empathy, listening and thinking are skills that lie at the heart of increation.
