Interior Design and Refurbishment: Paul, an investment analyst came to us with a very ambitious brief. Not only did we complete the entire refurbishment, but we also had the task of designing and creating a living room and kitchen interior that is mobile and versatile, allowing our client to convert his interior for any occasion. Our athletic client required a sixteen person dining table which could be folded away. A great deal of Paul’s brief was inspired by his gymnastic tendencies and social life. The interior had to be flexible in a way that it could be transformed into a home cinema or a spacious dining area, but also be cleared easily in order for Paul to do his gymnastics, this required careful thought and lots of Bespoke Furniture.
The first thing that will catch the eye are the floor to ceiling doors that really capture the height of the apartment’s ceiling. The open plan living room and kitchen is very light and spacious. The bespoke kitchen itself is a balanced mix of white tiles and splash back with warm cherry veneer cabinetry creating a very pleasant contrast. The kitchen island is created to be easily maneuverable by attaching casters.
The living room is filled with a gorgeous and versatile 8m2 round table that can be transformed into several smaller tables. Because the under skeleton divides into three sections, this table can be converted into a large dining table as well as a coffee table and a banquet top.
